This Refund Policy applies only to services provided directly by Amazing Buildings. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested through official communication channels.

Refund Policy Overview

1. Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel any scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50%), based on the preparation already completed.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable, unless in the event of a documented emergency or exceptional circumstance.

2. Service Dissatisfaction

At Amazing Buildings, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue through a free re-cleaning.
If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial or full refund may be offered depending on the severity of the concern and the services rendered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

The property was inaccessible, unsafe, or the client was unavailable at the time of service.
The services were completed as agreed and no issue was reported within 24 hours.
The service was promotional, discounted, or part of a bundled offer with stated no-refund conditions.

4. Refund Method and Timing

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In select cases, a credit may be issued toward future services instead of a monetary refund.
